I have an Ambrogio Line 200 about 6 years old and the remote control is not working.
The lights are working on the remote control and I have tried to program it in as per the instructions.
I have recently bought this used / second hand and am keen to get it working so all help appreciated.

Hi Stephen,
so, maybe the battery inside of your remote control is dead.
Check the voltage of the battery.
If is ok, you must check the electronic board connected by serial port inside the robot.And 'well connected?.
